Mike updated the website to new style.

Quick recap of the newly proposed level numbering system.

2) Discussion of AC/DC thresholds:

Vinl and Vinh thresholds are found in 3 places in IBIS:
- [Model]
  - The original. Comments imply that DC values are to be used.
- [Model Spec]
  - Vinl/Vinh add typ/min/max values
  - Vinl-/Vinl+/Vinh-/Vinh+ are used for hysteresis inputs
- [Receiver Thresholds]
  - Explicit Vinl_dc/Vinh_dc/Vinl_ac/Vinh_ac values
  - Tslew_ac parameter impements JEDEC area integration
  - This keyword is needed for generated threshold voltages
  - Only used for certain technologies
  - implemented by few EDA tools

SiSoft proposing charge-based derating of min/max slew rates
David good chance people are using DC thresholds for DDR2.
Should we write BIRD?

Use AC for SSTL, DC for LVTTL.
AC gives most conservative timing.
